Smoked Catfish

Catfish or mudfish are available from the wild or from fish farms. They are traditionally popular and used in soups and sauces. The traditional smoking methods are now known to introduce Poly Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) to the smoked fish because on incomplete combustion of the smoking method. PAH are harmful to our health. EFIRITITI smoked catfish uses the Ahotor ovens approved by the Food and Drugs Authority. The catfish is from our own fish farms next to the processing rooms so fish is very fresh. They stay fresh for several months when refrigerated.
